Last Thursday we decided to go to the Zoo. Paisley had never been, and since my mom is in Canada and she is staying with us, it seemed like the perfect time. The forecast said a 10% chance of rain so I thought no biggie. Well it was a big deal, we made it to the train first, and right when we got off it started raining. We ran to the adventure area to watch a little animal show, where we saw the cutes little armadillo, and it started raining so hard we could barely hear the presenters!! We ran to the gift shop to buy ponchos, because there was no way I was going to waste $20!!! We waited a few minutes for it to die down a little, and I am glad we did. After about 30 minutes the rain stopped all together, we were barely wet, so yay for the ponchos, and most of the people had left the Zoo. We saw everything so well because no one was there. And a lot of the animals were more active because it was cooler. In the end we had a great time, and I think the girls were totally wore out!!

Yea for the zoo! Maybe we can all go again next summer.
I guess I didn't get the 1 in front of the 9 for Max's weight. he is 19.6 lb. 9lbs would be tiny.
